All Night Long

Mystic Shake's second CD, All Night Long, was recorded live and "unplugged" at the Ten Pound Fiddle in East Lansing, MI in February 2000. It captures the electic essence of a Mystic Shake performance in all its rhythmic fun! Check out the crazy "Y2K" parody (performed by the fabulous Five Guys Named Dick). The title track shows that you can't judge a book by it's cover (or under the covers). "Woman LIke That" is a Cajun/Celtic telling of a fantasy night in New Orleans. "Creepy Pockets", "Unknown Celebrity", "Regular Guy", and "Vanilla" present the sophisticated (?!) humor of the band, while "Calvin & Hobbes", "Old Souls", and ""Little One" present their more subtle side. And what better way to end the show, and the disc, than with the "Flying Banana Medley"?! (Watch out for airborne fruit!) Listen for songs from All Night Long on A3 internet radio.
