Greg Klyma wsg Ed Groves

A great night of witty and insightful music was had by all at our house concert Monday 4-25-05! Ed Groves with guitarist Keith Axtell played Ed's newest songs along with selections from his album Jolly Road. Ed's songwriting along with Keith's guitar work was the perfect combination. And what can you say about a performer who starts his set with Williie Nelson's "My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys" and ends with Madonna's "Material Girl"?! Playing songs from his three albums, as well as select covers, Greg had the audience's attention from the beginning, playing mandolin, guitar, and harmonica, and telling stories about his songs and travels. Greag has been on a constant tour

across the country, playing clubs, coffeehouses, and house concerts - all this experience has made him a captivating live performer. He was a finalist at the acclaimed 2005 Kerrville New Folk contest, we were proud to have him warm

up here for his festival showcase!
